    United States: 3 to 5 business days
   • Canada: 5 to 10 business days
   • Europe: 7 to 14 business days
   • International: 10 to 20 business days

These times are estimates and may vary based on local conditions and peak demand periods. An express delivery option within 24 hours is also available.

3. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and your location. You can see the exact shipping costs during the checkout process before finalizing your order.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track the status of your delivery on the carrier's website using this tracking number.

5. Delivery addresses

We ship to addresses worldwide. However, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO).
